BTCL Call Centre, outsourced to CNS systems, has been inaugurated by Secretary, Post & Telecommmunications Department on 21 May 2015 at 1600 Hours. Managing Director, BTCL presided over the occasion. Anyone from Dhaka may call now hotline 16402 from any phone (except GP) for info or complain round the clock everyday
All mobile operator without Grameenphone can now easily call on BTCL Hotline number for Complaint, Any Information, Current Bill, Call rate, Internet service, Domain Registration and available another services.
